I think we should always display it, because the sudden appearance after a hover feels wrong? This is not intentional. I cannot reproduce this, I am also using Chrome on Mac. Any other details you can provide to help me reproduce? We moved to right as per this feedback, this also aligns with the previous website. What do you think?
