After FLINK-26603, to use hive dialect, we then won't need to swap the
flink-table-planner jar in FLINK_HOME/opt with flink-table-planner-loader in
FLINK_HOME/lib.
To use hive dialect, please refer to the doc [hive
dialect|https://nightlies.apache.org/flink/flink-docs-release-1.17/docs/dev/table/hive-compatibility/hive-dialect/overview/#use-hive-dialect],
but please remember don't swap the planner jar.
