## What is the purpose of the change
The newly added `TestTimeTravelCatalog` didn't save the snapshot timestamp
properly(which is used for testing the time travel feature). This is a bugfix
pr and also add related plan tests.
## Brief change log
save the snapshot timestamp in `TestTimeTravelCatalog`
## Verifying this change
newly added `TimeTravelTest`
