Because nothing has been changed until now and the content should be synced with older releases before consensus has been reached to remove the deprecated code. If we remove the entire line for now but couldn't remove the code with 1.17, we might have to change it back. After removing `FlinkKafkaConsumer` and (maybe) graduating some APIs(need discussion and voting), the content should be updated. Removing the entire line is one option but better would be pointing out that the `FlinkKafkaConsumer` has been removed with 1.17 to share the reference with customers, in case they are looking for `FlinkKafkaConsumer` and could not find it. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
