Hi everyone, I have updated the pr with some fixes. And it's now rebased on the latest version of the PR of [FLINK-28748](https://github.com/apache/flink/pull/20374). Maybe you would like to take another look. The CI is failing since DynamicFilteringData is not PublicEvolving right now. I'll fix it in that PR then rebase this one. By the way, I'm not pretty sure if I correctly process the types (especially the timestamp types) in HiveSourceDynamicFileEnumerator.
