When the Flink operator is installed to non-default namespace these 
FlinkDeployment manifests [1] may fail to deploy with the following error in 
the Flink operator log [2]. We may want to remove the `namespace: default` from 
these manifests and let user specify different one with the --namespace flag in 
kubectl.
