I agree with introducing a {{UNKNOWN}} state for manual cancellation / job
failed / job finished since the K8s resources and HA data has already been
deleted. After FLINK-24113 or [FLIP-194: Introduce the
JobResultStore|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/FLINK/FLIP-194%3A+Introduce+the+JobResultStore],
we could improve this.
