I had to do that because the processing time triggers are defined based on
the window end timestamp. So unless we pass the offset information to the
trigger, the execution doesn't get triggered at the correct time. I've
passed the offset to the processing time trigger through the TimeWindow
because that seemed like the cleanest way to do it.
