The problem is that if there is a date in DST time then
{code:sql}
select floor(current_timestamp to year);
{code}
leads to result
{noformat}
2021-12-31 23:00:00.000
{noformat}
while expected is {{2022-01-01 00:00:00.000}}
same issue is with {{WEEK}}, {{QUARTER}} and {{MONTH}}
