[FLINK-4110] Add testing skeleton to quickstart
With this change, our quickstart archetypes will also contain some sample
code for bringing up an embedded server for testing purposes.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/rmetzger/flink flink4110
