## What is the purpose of the change
Update AWS SDK v1 and v2 and DynamoDB Streams Kinesis adapter to latest
version
## Brief change log
Bumped:
- AWS SDK v1 from `1.11.754` to `1.12.7`
- AWS SDK v2 from `2.13.52` to `2.16.86`
- DynamoDB Streams Kinesis Adapter from `1.5.0` to `1.5.3`
## Verifying this change
This change is already covered by existing unit/integration/e2e tests for
Kinesis connector.
