## What is the purpose of the change
Result type of `GeneratedExpression` of most functions in `StringCallGen` is
now `VarCharType(VarCharType.MAX_LENGTH)`, which is incompatible with the
functions' definitions in `FlinkSqlOperatorTable`. This may cause exceptions
when performing `BridgingFunctionGenUtil#verifyArgumentTypes`.
This PR fixes this issue.
## Brief change log
- Result type of GeneratedExpression in StringCallGen are now compatible
with their definition in FlinkSqlOperatorTable

This change added tests and can be verified by running the added tests.
