I just think it's weired `Sink Parallelism` is not a sub-section of `sink`. I agree `sink.parallelism` works both in batch and streaming. But other streaming sink options will also work in batch mode once we migrate to the unified `FileSink` API. I think it's fine to mention the `sink.parallelism` can also work for batch sink but still keep under `Streaming Sink`.
