## What is the purpose of the change
This pull request aims to support grouping set syntax for WindowAggregate
(from window TVF syntax) and GroupWindowAggregate (legacy GROUP WINDOW FUNCTION
syntax).
## Brief change log
- Remove restrictions in `LogicalWindowAggregate` and `WindowAggregate`
that Group must be simple
- Remove restrictions `LogicalWindowAggregateRuleBase` that Group must be
simple
- Extends `DecomposeGroupingSetsRule` to match `LogicalWindowAggregate`,
and add `Expand` node for grouping set
- Add UT and ITCase for grouping set syntax for GroupWindowAggregate
(legacy GROUP WINDOW FUNCTION syntax).
## Verifying this change
- UT in `GroupingSetsTest` to verify grouping set syntax in
GroupWindowAggregate(legacy GROUP WINDOW FUNCTION syntax).
- ITCase in `GroupWindowITCase` to verify grouping set syntax in
GroupWindowAggregate
