## What is the purpose of the change
The test SystemProcessingTimeServiceTest.testImmediateShutdown was unstable
because the
test case testShutdownServiceUninterruptible was not properly clearing the
isInterrupted
flag it sets during its run. Consequently, the subsequent execution of
testImmediateShutdown
could fail with an InterruptedException.
