When trying out the new {{FileSource}} contained in the module
{{flink-connector-files}} my program complained about a missing dependency when
trying to run the job. As it turns out, the {{flink-connector-files}}
dependency additionally needs the {{flink-connector-base}} dependency which is
set to {{provided}}. Having to add both dependencies seems a bit cumbersome
from the user's perspective.
