As I mentioned before, you cannot separate the jobmanager/taskmanager logs for 
different jobs, nor the err logs.

Submitting jobs with a different log4j configuration only helps output the 
*USER CODE LOGS* to a different file. In that case, I'm not completely sure 
whether changing the main appender in the log4j configuration is enough, or you 
have to define another appender.
