[~AHeise] The {{NetworkClient}} pretty much choose a random broker to send 
request unless the request has to be sent to a specific broker, e.g. a 
ProducerRequest has to be sent to the leader, while the TopicMetadataRequest 
can be sent to any broker. Therefore there is no guaranteed that the 
AdminClient and the producer will always go to the same broker.

Another a simpler way other than check on each broker in the cluster is to just 
have one broker. In this case, we don't need to worry about the out of sync 
metadata among the brokers.
