I like the arguments to set the per instance/class log level. It could satisfy
my requirements when debugging a problem.
?params=jobManager|root|debug|30|info
It will be great if we could directly use the full qualified class name(e.g.
{{org.apache.flink.runtime.resourcemanager.ResourceManager}}). It is more
straightforward.
