A few changes during the rebasing: - Pass dynamic properties to `BashJavaUtils` for JM of standalone job clusters. (JM of standalone session cluster does not support dynamic properties ATM.) - Add test case for getting JM resource parameters from `BashJavaUtils` with dynamic properties.
