In that case without isolation level they might see uncommitted results. Also taking into account that folks tend to copy paste commands from a readme ;) we should do the right thing here. Also, this is not an accidental idea, I was testing the exactly once properties while restarting task trackers and the lack of this flag caused uncommitted records to appear.
