[~dwysakowicz] Since we are already in an agreement that
{{numLateRecordsDropped}} metric will benefit users, I propose we narrow this
issue to just add {{numLateRecordsDropped}}.
And we can add {{watermarkLaterncy}} metric later if other users request it.
