This Jira has been fixed via
[FLINK-13184|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLINK-13184]. Since
\{uuid}-taskmanager-conf.yaml on hdfs will not be created. We will use dynamic
properties instead.
It has also been picked to release-1.8 and release-1.9. [[email protected]]
could we close this JIRA?
