I think that should do it, Sachin. Curious, how you'll implement it :)
Don't we run into the problem that we never know if another execution followed
unless we execute the whole user code (might have some other side effects)?
However, it's the only way to check whether we can submit the job detached.
Another approach I can think of is bytecode analysis..
