Actually this `blockSnapshotLatch` only works when the race condition happens. It should only block the checkpoint 7. Because normally this test job could not recover because lack of checkpoint file. So there should be no task deployed since checkpoint 6. WRT another race condition of the alternative, I will check it whether it's a bug or not. We could talk about it in another thread if needed.
