i and [~hequn8128] found a minimal change way to fix this bug: add a
{{Project}} on {{WindowAggregate}} in {{LogicalWindowAggregateRule}}. the
{{Project}} will correct the output type, and make sure type equivalence with
original aggregate. He will validate this approach
