[~guanghui], good question. Generally speaking, I will create translation issue
tasks to lead the community effort in one direction (for example: translate
docs in priority). However, we have an ongoing huge document reworking
[FLIP-42|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/FLINK/FLIP-42%3A+Rework+Flink+Documentation].
Many pages will be reworked in the near future. In order to coordinate with
FLIP-42 and save community effort. It is recommended to translate some parts
not changes a lot (e.g. connectors, CEP, Gelly), and wait the part reworked to
translate. Good news is the first part (Getting Started) will be ready soon.
