The idea of the history server is that it is used to archive jobs. Jobs which 
fail over and are still running are not intended to be stored on the 
{{HistoryServer}}. Is this what you meant with this issue [~ralphsu]? Or do you 
want that restart attempts are visible once a job has finished for later 
analysis?
