HiveCatalogBase can only handle HiveCatalogTable/View (HiveCatalog) or GenericCatalogTable/View (GenericHiveMetastoreCatalog), and user input is already validated in validateCatalogBaseTable(). Thus, we only need to check if the input is CatalogTable or CatalogView.
