   ## What is the purpose of the change
   
   This PR adds tests to ensure that any row expression extensions are properly 
parsed and validated in SQL parsing. 
   
   For example: `MyComplexReturnTypeFunc(arg).myFields.mySubFields` should work 
properly. 
   See [CALCITE-2542](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CALCITE-2542).
   
   
   ## Brief change log
   
     - This PR adds test/ITCase for the above mentioned example.

   This change only adds tests.
