And, which of the fields of `KafkaSerializationSchema.PartitionInfo` would you actually use in your implementation of `KafkaSerializationSchema`? I'm feeling a bit uneasy about what we expose in `PartitionInfo` and how it is implemented in the Kafka Producers, setting and unsetting the producer and building that partition map seem a bit brittle to me. If possible I would like to merge a more minimal version of that.
