[~dian.fu] maybe we should do a two step approach here. Let's deprecate
{{ExternalCatalogTable.builder()}} for the Flink 1.8 release and remove the
method in 1.9. It is very likely that the reworked connectors and catalog
interfaces will make it into 1.9 so we hopefully will solve these dependency
issues once and for all.
