   One more issue question. Why the new connector has this exclussion:
   ```

                        <groupId>org.apache.flink</groupId>
                        
<artifactId>flink-connector-kafka-base_${scala.binary.version}</artifactId>
                        <version>${project.version}</version>
                        <exclusions>
                                <exclusion>
                                        <groupId>org.apache.kafka</groupId>
                                        
<artifactId>kafka_${scala.binary.version}</artifactId>
                                </exclusion>
                        </exclusions>
                </dependency>
   ```
   Shouldn't the `flink-connector-kafka-base` be Kafka independent?
