Review comment:
I think it would be better to not change the `AggregateFunction` class. I'd
rather add an implicit conversion to the `expressionDsl` which converts
`AggregateFunction` to `DistinctAggregateFunction` (see below) that has a
`distinct()` method that returns a `DistinctAgg()` expression.
