@fhueske, in the life cycle of an Input format, the `open` method is called
several times in each parallel instance of the `DataSource` operator. Consider
for example, the simple example of adding an accumulator. Since access to
`RuntimeContext` is enabled only after configure, we will end up adding the
same accumulator several times, which of course would fail. This is why I
decided to add a `postConfigure` method.
