I agree that we should probably clean up {{flink-contrib}}, meaning that can
move some of the modules to another flink module and others, for example, to
Bahir.
Concerning the build timeouts, the current approach was to further sub divide
the build profiles to fall again below the 50 minutes threshold. I know that
this is not ideal because every now and then we have to re-do it. It might also
be worthwhile to look for very expensive tests and try to speed them up.
