[FLINK-7841][docs] update AWS docs with respect to S3 file system changes ## What is the purpose of the change This updates the S3 file system configuration section in the AWS documentation which has become a lot simpler since we offer the shaded `flink-s3-fs-hadoop` and `flink-s3-fs-presto` wrappers.
