Avoid warnings，details: [ISSUE
#FLINK-7438](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLINK-7438).
## Brief change log
Remove useless "import org.apache.flink.util.OutputTag" in
DataStream.scala, AllWindowedStream.scala, WindowedStream.scala
## Verifying this change
This change is already covered by existing tests.
