@tzulitai Is currently on vacation but before he left he added a Backwards
compatibility test for the Kinesis consumer. We also dropped compatibility with
the Flink 1.2 Kinesis consumer so I think we can also update the consumer
library. (I realised this is not completely related to this PR but I just
noticed it now, sorry for that.)
