I see, thanks for the hint, [~eronwright]!
[~rmetzger] and [~StephanEwen] you were against releasing 2.8.0 binaries for
1.3.x. I understand that it is somewhat difficult with updated dependencies but
users seem to be upgrading to 2.8.x and some are apparently (soft) blocked by
us not providing those convenience releases. What do you think now?
