    [FLINK-7256] [travis] Only run end-to-end tests if no previous error …

    With this PR the execution of the end-to-end tests is skipped.
    
    Compilation failures in particular always lead to these tests failing, 
obscuring the actual build failure cause.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/zentol/flink 7256
