Datadog Metric Reporter gets host name from MetricGroup, Flink's metric
registry.
Need help from [~Zentol] : Is MetricGroup always inside JobManager, or are they
always on the same machine? Does JM always register its host name as 127.0.0.1?
If so, it will be better to make JM register its public host name.
