I merged your solution and checked again, but it doesn't solve my problem.
Unfortunately again:
1. either the csv is not created at all or
2. I can see the csv file being created in the specified file path, but then it
disappears.
Is there any case that the created file is a temporary file?
Let me know if there is anything else I can check.
