Yes, I got the idea of difference, we agree on the functionality. What I
was trying to say is that it cannot be used in the remove* methods as it needs
to create a graph from an empty vertex set and that is impossible.
If we want a difference method we should open a separate JIRA for that :)
Tell me if I need to add anything else to this. Suggestion-wise, I think
it's pretty balanced ^^
