[Flink-6397] MultipleProgramsTestBase does not reset ContextEnvironment
Reset ContextEnvironment when finished testing in
MultipleProgramsTestBase.java and some other ITCase.
Remove some useless importing.
Add unsetContext method in TestEnvironment.java.
