Yup, as I mentioned in my line comment above a layout like the one you
suggest is better for the index of library documentation. So how about this
layout:
1. Short introduction (with links to vision and roadmap)
2. Getting started (what dependencies to include etc.)
3. List of supported algorithms
4. Small example with link to tutorial/quickstart section
