    Not "reliable" because there is no ack+retry, meaning that the network 
could drop the messages. Think of UDP vs TCP. But many Mesos frameworks don't 
need frameworkMessages, or don't need the guaranteed delivery (e.g. progress 
bars). If you do need guaranteed delivery, you'd have to add your own acks and 
retries.
    What's more important is the StatusUpdates, which are reliable, guaranteed 
at-least-once in-order delivery, since each one is queued up until the previous 
has been acknowledged.
