Hi [~joerg.rade],
Remember that version which you have downloaded doesn't contains Adobe Air. If
you didn't use installer you have to download rest of dependency on your own.
Going to the downloaded folder and "ant -f installer.xml -Dair.sdk.version=27.0
-Drelease.version=4.16.1"
