Check the -app.xml file. I've seen the <visible> tag set to false in some
cases.
I think we might need to finally get around to creating an AIR "bead". For
FlexJS, instead of requiring folks to choose between Application and
WindowedApplication, all additional functionality for WindowedApplication
should be packaged as a bead/plug-in to regular Application.
Volunteers are welcome to help out on such a thing.
