I have checked the video and it seems incorrect bug ticket to me.
He created a reschedule for Loan id: 14 but checked the details of loan id 13.
Please reproduce and check whether the reschedule approval option appears on
the loan details under the "Loan reschedule" tab. (I think it would)!
We might be able to close this fast :)
